Holding many leadership roles including Engineering Managerial appointments at Hawker de Havilland, Boeing Aerostructures Australia and Aeronautical Engineers Australia, Dougs expertise covers products from most major OEMs including Boeing, Airbus, Lockheed Martin and Bombardier.

• Marand Precision Engineering, design mould tooling for carbon fibre components
for the JSF (Joint Strike Fighter).
• BAE systems Australia (SA) for training & support of CATIA V5 NC Machining & ICAM softwares.
Prior to working at MEMKO PTY LTD, Kingsley was a Senior Consultant & Services Manager at Concentric Asia Pacific (former Dassault Systemes reseller) for 7 years.
Kingsley spent over 15 years in Professional Automotive Racing Industry working for the NISSAN, HOLDEN & FORD teams and FERRARI Design & Development in the UK.

Projects previously undertaken include:

• Designing shim coils for Magnetic Resonance Machines with CSIRO
• The role of emotional intelligence in learning
• The effect of sleep deprivation on driving performance
Jessica has experience in a number of customer service roles and has undertaken vocational work at Boeing Australia in the F-111 Life Cycle Customer Support Airframes team as an aerospace engineer.
